If you do not live in India, and wish to buy our product you may reach out to us via email or WhatsApp or call and we shall discuss with you the process of payment and delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy


We do not accept returns. We only exchange.


Our policy lasts 8 days. If 8 days have gone by since the delivery of the products you ordered, unfortunately we can’t offer you any exchange.


We only accept the item for exchange if it is not of the size that you ordered. We can also exchange your product if you ordered a wrong size. We would urge you to go through the size guide before you order. 


To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return and exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


There are certain situations where no exchange is granted. (if applicable). That is any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 8 days after delivery


Exchange (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
